Who is responsible

Pedro Correia, contact housing@pedrocorreia.org. When the operating company is incorporated it becomes the controller, and this notice will be updated.

What we collect

From the waitlist form: name, email, country of residence, optional city, what you are interested in (investing, renting, partnering), and the date and time you agreed to this notice. We do not collect financial details or identity documents on this website, and we do not store your IP address.

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and loads no third-party fonts or scripts.

Why, and on what basis

To send you project updates and to tell you whether you are eligible to take part before any offer opens. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any email or writing to us.

Who processes it

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which stores waitlist entries in its key-value storage on our behalf. Our email provider stores our mailbox. Where a provider is outside the EU, transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or 24 months after our last contact with you, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use, by writing to housing@pedrocorreia.org. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (cnpd.pt).
